stratta products are lovingly made in Sussex using the finest ingredients.
Luscious soft fruits are steeped in white wine vinegar to extract the full flavour and colour then filtered and sweetened.

If you haven't had the opportunity yet to taste our medlar vinegar, then you should try and find us at one of our markets in the coming days. It proved so popular last year that we scoured our patch for extras medlars this year to increase the production. Gentle flavours of rosehip, apple and honey - delish!
