all the effort that we have put in seeking to create simply the finest fruit vinegars in the UK has led us to this point - gaining the Great Taste Award for 'Best ambient product 2011' at the Royal Garden Hotel in London on Monday. We always thought our sweet raspberry vinegar was the bees knees, and now we have confirmation from the finest judges in the land. What an amazing buzz!!
Recipes & ideas
warm crusty bread
and a dish with a little balsamic vinegar topped with fine olive oil. The changes can be rung easily by using one of our fruit balsamics or one of our infused olive oils. Personally? My favourite is raspberry balsamic topped with lemon infused olive oil. Mary tends toward the 'smoky Moroccan', which is now our customers favourite too.
